The surface is finely polished and the cutting edges have been additionally induction hardened for a long service life. ESD sleeves do not provide protection to the wearer against electric shocks!

Finish 79 ESD
The pliers of type 79 ESD are particularly suitable for working on electrostatically sensitive components and for avoiding interference in the circuit. Thanks to their ESD SoftGripp handles, the electrostatic energy that can arise when working on electronic components can be dissipated in a controlled manner. But be careful! ESD handles do not provide protection against electrical voltage!
